Well, that sucked. Got dropped in road race after winning sprint prime. Tried to catch for 10 miles but got dehydrated and hamstrings started cramping up. Live and learn. First race under the belt. #cycling

Dual Personalities in Cycling
It has happened so many times to me - it has to have happened to you. You know someone from a ride, and how they look in a kit, helmet, glasses, bike and pedal stroke. Then you see them in “real life” and don’t recognize them at all. LOL #justhappened
WatchDuring our shoot for church online experiences this week it struck me as funny with some “churchy” language I used about “putting our lives into the hands of Jesus.” Made it sound like we were little baby chickens…

We have two choices in a compromise:
1) we can be bigger then the compromise realizing we can adjust with maturity and retain our full identity.
2) we can resent the compromise and let it diminish who we are and breed bitterness.
